CIBOLOFEST 2023 will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2023
This year's annual festival is scheduled for Saturday, October 28, from 10 AM -10 PM and will feature live bands, a carnival, a petting zoo, pony rides, food and craft vendors, and a Trunk OR Treat provided by Off the Pavement Adventures. Dress up! The festival will also have a costume contest for everyone to participate in! The event is FREE to attend. 

Lost & Found and First Aid will be located at the entrance gates of the Multi Event Center.

Parking
Public parking will be available at Byron P. Steele High School parking lot located at 1300 FM1103. Shuttles will be available from 9:30 AM - 11:00 PM. Accessible shuttles with wheelchair lifts will also be available. Accessible parking will be available at the parking lot next to Global Realty Group off of S. Main St. and at the City Hall Annex parking lot located at 201 W. Loop 539. Vehicles must have a visible placard or handicap license plate. 

Vendor parking will be available at the Cibolo Sports Complex located at 338 S. Main St.
 


Schedule of Events
Carnival wristbands are $5 per person for unlimited rides, including the petting zoo, pony rides, and train rides. 
Carnival – 10 AM – 10 PM 
Food & Craft Vendor – 10 AM – 10 PM
Petting Zoo & Pony Rides – 10 AM – 6 PM
Train Rides – 10 AM – 6 PM
Costume Contest – 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM.  The contest will begin with Wyatt, the miniature horse, leading a parade with the participants through the vendor area and back to the MEC followed by a performance by the Weiderstein Elementary School Choir while the judges tally their scores. 
Trunk OR Treat provided by Off the Pavement Adventures – 6 PM – 9 PM on Loop 539 in front of City Hall

Stage Performances

• 10:15 AM – 11:00 AM Opening Ceremonies: Dance performances by Mary Lou’s School of Dance
• 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Gene Reeves Band
• 2:30 PM -4:30 PM: Redline
• 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM: Costume Contest and O.G. Weiderstein Elementary School Choir
• 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM: Another Journey
