Billing Cycles

• Cycle 1:
  • Cibolo Water customers who reside off Main Street and Cibolo Valley Drive
  • Cibolo Sewer and Garbage customers who reside off FM 1103 and Cibolo Valley Drive
• Cycle 2: 
  • Cibolo water customers who reside off FM 1103

*Should any of the dates listed above fall on a weekend or holiday, the actions will be moved to the following business day at noon. 

Automatic Payment Plan
To make paying your bill more convenient, you can sign up for automatic payments. Simply fill out the Automatic Payment Authorization Agreement  and you will never have to worry about forgetting your water bill again. Please note that this will be in effect when your bill includes the words "Bank Draft - Do Not Pay." Until you see this on your bill, you should continue to make payment in your usual manner.

Online Payments
Customers may access their utility account online to view account history and make payments. Your PIN number and account number are printed in the top right corner of your bill.

After Hours Service
If you experience a water emergency, including a line break or a leak, or service is interrupted due to failure to pay by the disconnect date, and payment is made online outside of normal business hours, please call the Schertz Non-Emergency Dispatch number at 210-619-1274 and a water technician will be dispatched to your home.
