2018 Election Information for the City of Cibolo

The City of Cibolo is scheduled to hold a General Municipal Election on November 6, 2018 to elect the following City Council positions:

The City will also hold a Special Election for the purpose of reauthorization of the Local Sales and use Tax in the City of Cibolo to continue providing revenue for the Maintenance and Repair of Municipal Streets.

Voter Registration

To vote in Texas you must be registered. There are several ways you can register to vote in Guadalupe County (State law requires a person to register or make changes to their registration 30 days before Election Day):

  1.   Pick up a voter registration application and return it at to one of the following Guadalupe County Elections         offices:

  • 215 S. Milam St., Seguin
  • 1101 Elbel Rd., Schertz

2.   Applications are also available by visiting the Texas Secretary of State's website and completing the online application.  https://webservices.sos.state.tx.us/vrapp/index.asp
 Please note: the completed application must be printed, signed and mailed.

3.  Call the Elections Office at (830) 303-6363 and have an application mailed to you.
