Code Enforcement is the inspection and enforcement of environmental hazards to protect the public health, safety and welfare. This is accomplished through city ordinances and state laws to improve the quality of life and aesthetics in our neighborhoods. Code Enforcement does not enforce HOA or Deed Restrictions.
Violations include, but are not limited to:
General Ordinance Enforcement
Health and Safety Enforcement
Junk and Abandoned Vehicles
Tall Grass and Weeds
While Code Enforcement can issue citations, their primary goal is for problems to be remedied by the property owner. To view the Ordinances for Code Enforcement, please visit Municode.
