Drainage Department


The Public Works Drainage Division is responsible for the maintenance and repair of drainage ditches and storm drains in the City of Cibolo.  The Drainage Division includes approximately (8) employees and are responsible for the following:  

  • Maintenance of drainage infrastructures
  • Street sweeping


Our maintenance processes include:

  • Ditch cleaning
  • Erosion Control
  • Inspections
  • Cleaning/flushing of manholes and inlets


The City of Cibolo’s 4th Annual Basura Bash is a positive environmental initiative, where volunteers collect debris from our roadways and drainage areas in order to help keep our waterways clean. This years event will take place on Saturday, March 28th from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.To volunteer, please click on flyer below and fill out the Registration and Release of Liability packet.
