Back in 2018, the City of Cibolo, hired LAN Engineers and Fugro to begin work to complete a pavement assessment program for the community. The truck pictured above traveled along our roadways, collecting digital information on our asphalt, concrete, and curbs, in an effort to accurately determine the then-current conditions of our pavement. This information was then used to develop future pavement management strategies to schedule maintenance activities and future pavement replacement projects. The plan is attached below in three sections.
