FM 1103 from Brite Rd. to Rodeo Way is closed because of black ice on the roadway. Travel from the Bright Rd. up to IH 35 is treacherous and absolutely not recommended. The City of Cibolo is recommending that everyone stay home and off the roads unless absolutely necessary.
