“I am excited to have Kelsee rejoin Team Cibolo. Her passion, expertise, and knowledge about economic development, building partnerships, and thinking outside the box provide her with a strong foundation to lead our Economic Development Department. More important is that our employees and I found her to be ideal cultural fit for our values-based organization. She has demonstrated that her knowledge and experience will elevate our organization and support our growing business community. With Kelsee leading economic development, I am confident we are building the right team that will make Cibolo the best governmental partner businesses have ever experienced. Therefore, I am confident Kelsee is a perfect fit for our organization,” stated Wayne Reed, Cibolo City Manager.
