3. How do I report a street light in need of repair?: Guadalupe Valley Electric Cooperative, under a franchise agreement with the city, provides street lights and maintenance for Cibolo residents. To report a street light in need of repair please contact GVEC by phone at 1-800-223-4832.

4. Refund Policy: The City of Cibolo handles refunds on a case by case basis. If you chose to cancel the request before work has been proformed, then a refund will be credited back to you. No refunds are issued for work that has been completed.
