Sealed Bids for the construction of the TOWN CREEK DRAINAGE PROJECT PHASE I will be received by The City of Cibolo, at City Hall located at 200 South Main Street, Cibolo Texas 78108 until 2:00 PM local time, on Tuesday, February 16, 2021, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud in a virtual setting “Zoom” meeting. An addendum will be issued with login instructions prior to February 16, 2021.  Interested General Contracting firms must submit a RESPONSE PACKAGE of THREE (3) sealed proposals to: Peggy Cimics, TMRC, Cibolo City Secretary. ENVELOPES MUST BE MARKED:  TOWN CREEK DRAINAGE PROJECT PHASE I Sealed Bid Proposal. ATTENTION: Timothy D. Fousse, C.P.M. Director, Public Works and Capital Projects

The Project consists of approximately 2550 linear feet of channel excavation and related appurtenances.

The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Vickrey & Associates, LLC, 12940 Country Parkway, San Antonio, Texas 78216, Attn Paul A. Schroeder, PE, RPLS, . Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9am-4pm, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below.

Bidding Documents also may be examined at Association of General Contractors & Dodge Report plan rooms, on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9am-4pm.

Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office during the hours indicated above.  Bidding Documents are available on Microsoft “One Drive” online cloud service upon request (as portable document format (PDF) files).  Alternatively, printed plan Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office either via in-person pick-up or via mail, upon Issuing Office’s receipt of payment for the Bidding Documents.  The non-refundable cost of printed Bidding Documents is $100 per set, payable to “Vickrey & Associates, LLC”, plus a non-refundable shipping charge.  Upon Issuing Office’s receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder’s delivery method of choice; the shipping charge will depend on the shipping method chosen.  The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents.  Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office.  Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.

A pre-bid conference will be held at 3:00 PM local time on Thursday, January 28, 2021 in a virtual setting “Zoom meeting”, an addendum will be issued with login instructions prior to January 28th.  Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.
