CIP Bonds Overview

Capital improvement projects (CIP) refer to physical assets and include the design, purchase, construction, maintenance, or improvement of public resources such as land, buildings, parks, public infrastructure, equipment, and public spaces. The current CIP Program includes public facilities, quality of life, drainage, transportation, water, and sewer.

Bonds: General Obligation Bonds, Certificates of Obligation, Tax Notes, and Revenue Bonds
Total bond proceeds of $83,575,000 have been received since 2008 in support of capital projects
As of December 31, 2022, $76,054,798 (91%) has been either spent or encumbered
All outstanding debt related to CIP totals $59,155,000 and is payable over the next 20 years
