Non-Annexation Agreement & ETJ

Property owners in the Cibolo ETJ can request a non-annexation agreement. This agreement allows the resident to remain in Cibolo ETJ until the agreement expires (max of 45 yrs), or the use of the land is changed. The agreement will spell out the terms. At the end of the agreement, the property in question automatically petitions for annexation.
