Due to the 2019 legislative update and per UDC Sections 2.4(D), 20.3.3(1)(l) and 20.3.5(1)(j) all platting will follow the City of Cibolo Platting Guide.

Impact Fees

• Thoroughfare, Drainage, Water, and Waste Water Impact Fees are all paid at the time of permitting.
  • Please contact City Staff for more information regarding Impact Fees.
  • The City of Cibolo updated its Impact Fees in September 2021 by Ordinance 1348.
