Pre-Development Meetings provide an opportunity for city staff and the development team to discuss the project in detail, go over our development processes and procedures, design requirements, answer questions, and potentially bring attention to any foreseen roadblocks.

To best serve you, we ask that in addition to the completed Pre-Development Meeting Request form, include any exhibits, renderings, site plans, property information, a list of specific questions you would like to target, and the names and contact information for members of the development team. 

To officially submit your request, please email the completed Pre-Development Meeting Request form and supplemental documents to Planning@Cibolotx.gov.  

Meetings are held virtually on Tuesdays or Fridays, between 9 AM and 3 PM. 

After receiving the request, staff will coordinate internally to place the item on an upcoming meeting agenda.

Once secured, we will send a virtual Teams Meeting calendar invite to the individuals included on the meeting request form.
