The Public Works Department remains fully committed to providing the Citizens of Cibolo with a community they can thrive in and be proud of by effectively and efficiently implementing proper planning, sound decision making, and wise resource management.

The Public Works Department consists of 57 employees dedicated to providing the best customer service to provide maintenance and repair of the City's infrastructure in an efficient and cost-effective manner.  We are a diverse department of five operating divisions that work close in coordination to deliver services to our residents every day.  We are responsible for the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of our streets, sidewalks, parks, drainage ways, stormwater collection systems, and water/wastewater systems. Our collective goal is to create a “RAVING FAN” in every interaction we have with our customers – internal and external!
