On September 26, 2023, the City of Cibolo entered an Interlocal Agreement (ILA) with Texas State University to conduct the City's first Residential Survey. This survey will serve as a crucial tool for creating more livable, responsive, and vibrant neighborhoods while strengthening the connection between citizens and their local government. 

A random sample of Cibolo residents was taken, and were mailed a survey.  This survey can be completed and returned by mail or using the link below with a code.  If you did not receive a survey in the mail from the City, you were not selected for the random sample. Responses will be completely confidential. While participation is optional, your resident feedback is extremely important.
